Professor Dato’ Dr Ir Faisal Rafiq Mahamd Adikan is currently the Vice President (Research and Development) in Monash University Malaysia as of July 2024. Professor Rafiq, who served as Universiti Sains Malaysia’s eighth Vice-Chancellor from 2019 to 2022, also was USM’s Director of Advanced Medical and Dental Institute and Senate representative to its Board of Governors. Prior to leading USM, Professor Rafiq was with Universiti Malaya for 22 years. Professor Rafiq earned his PhD in integrated optical devices from the University of Southampton in 2007. His work on flat fibres garnered international recognition and led to an international patent and the establishment of one of the first research-purpose Flat Fibre Laboratories in Southeast Asia. In 2017, he received the Malaysia Toray Science Foundation's Science and Technology Award for his contributions to photonics. Professor Rafiq is also the co-founder of Flexilicate Sdn Bhd, an award-winning startup that provides optical fibre solutions to clients like NASA, Johns Hopkins University, Fujikura Limited and TDK Electronics.
Siva is trained as a Mechanical and Systems Engineer and has worked for over a decade with numerous Multinational Companies. Devi is a Certified Law of Attraction Facilitator, certified with Michael J. Losier, the international speaker, trainer and author of the bestselling book “Law of Attraction”. Her main focus is in helping individuals, businesses and organizations to improve their performances and achievements using effective tools, techniques and simple formulas. She enjoys her journey in helping adults and youths to have good relationships at home, at school and at work. Devi coaches on how you can lead your life by thinking positively and by changing your vibration towards achieving your desires.
Kavitha Sivapragasam is an Exercise and Sport Science graduate (First Class Honours) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Health Campus. With her passion in advocating the power of wellness and mental health, Kavitha has been invited as a guest speaker and contributed in numerous events for the past 6 years. Kavitha is also a youth coach for the HeadStart for Youths and Teens Program by The LOA Centre (M) Sdn Bhd since 2016. Kavitha is highly driven with the vision of changing, inspiring and saving more than 10,000 lives in the next 10 years with what she loves doing. Mr. Kalidassen is a trained Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya. He left his computer engineering job in Intel to pursue his passion for training, coaching, and personal development in the insurance field. He has been recognized as the Supremacy Qualifier and Million Dollar Agency for several years. Mr. Kalidassen's greatest milestone is his career path, rising from part-time worker to Group Sales Manager, receiving several awards for his outstanding performance. He focuses on performance coaching to help sales teams achieve amazing results through a specially crafted program. He is currently featured on the Billboard overlooking the Penang Bridge. Carol Anthony is an experienced HR practitioner who has been providing coaching, HR consultancy services, and various training programs since 2018. She has more than 20 years of experience in various industries, including hiring, coaching, motivating, and mentoring employees in sales, marketing, customer services, compliance, and finance. She is a Certified NLP Practitioner from the Neuro-Semantics Institute, USA, and has undergone coaching programs with them as well. Carol holds several academic qualifications, including an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the UK, a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from Australia, and various certificates from Malaysia and Australia. Her real-life scenarios shared during her programs and coaching sessions enable participants to visualize problems/issues and produce effective solutions for their well-being and future performance.
Kavena Sivapragasam holds a First Class Bachelor Degree of Social Sciences (Psychology) with Honours from The National University of Malaysia (UKM) and is currently attached with Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad. She has a firm principle of always pursuing one's passion and has a strong belief in leveraging the teachings of Positive Psychology towards building human potential. For 13 years, Kavena and her siblings have been learning and practicing the teachings of Law of Attraction and they have achieved many significant achievements, both in their personal and professional lives. With an active involvement in youth coaching for the past 6 years, she has developed her expertise in guiding youth through techniques like Heart Rhythm Breathing and Goal Setting. Her passion for art has led her to continuously advocate on art based emotional expression and together with her sister, they have been actively encouraging the public with healthy expression methods.
