Graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Mr. Kalidassen is a trained Engineer. Before embarking into the Insurance Field, he was a computer engineer in Intel.
With the discovery of his passion in training, coaching and personal development, Mr. Kalidassen has ever since been recognized and acknowledged as the Supremacy Qualifier 2007, 2009, 2010, 2013 – 2020, Million Dollar Agency 2012 – 2015, 2017 – 2020, as the National Tamil Seminar Chairman 2016 in Hanoi and as the Namlifa Guest Speaker for various industry platforms. He is also the Group Sales Manager for one of the biggest agency in Penang.
On top of Mr.Kalidassen’s success as a Group Sales Manager and trainer, his greatest milestone to date would be his career path. From being a graduate with an engineering degree in 2006, to joining Great Eastern as a part time job at the age of 26. He was promoted as Unit Sales Manager in the year 2008 and within one year, he was promoted as the Group Sales Manager which he eventually became fulltime with Great Eastern.
2011 at the age of 31, this was the year of creating 2 direct unit sales managers and with immense hard work, both were promoted to Group Sales Manager. Mr. Kalidassen was recognized with a well-deserving Million Dollar Agency – Young Gun Award in 2012 with an addition to creating another unit sales manager.
His impact continued by achieving the Young Gun Award in 2013 and 2014 with the total manpower of 43 in 2014, which eventually increased to 52 in 2015. In 2016, he was awarded with the Admired Young Award – AAA Gold with total manpower of 67, 2 million revenue, 1 unit sales manager and created 8 supremacy qualifiers. As of 2017, he built 1 group sales manager, 3 unit sales manager, 2 million revenue and 5 supremacy qualifiers. Last but not least, 2018 to 2021 was an incredible leap, in which he achieved 4 x Million Dollar Agency, Supremacy Qualifiers, and manpower of more than 100, a total of 6 million revenue, and in 2021, he was awarded as the Admired Agency Award and Great Iconic Leader Club. Mr.Kalidassen was also promoted to SMR GM.
Mr. Kalidassen continues to conduct trainings, seminars and shares the stage with many outstanding leaders from all walks in the insurance industry. He is currently featured on the Billboard overlooking the Penang Bridge. His main focus today is on performance coaching to achieve amazing results in sales and team performance through a specially crafted program.
